Vincent Richardeau, Operational Marketing Manager, Power Tools, France
Working at Chicago Pneumatic is very international. It exposes me to many cultures on a daily basis, which is very rewarding and makes my job very fun!
I joined Chicago Pneumatic in December 2005 as Product Marketing Manager of the industrial tools range. I’m very proud of what we’ve done. We started with 72 products and now we offer more than 250 products. Also, we have built a complete marketing package for our distribution network and customers. In 2008, I became the Operational Marketing Manager, responsible for coordinating worldwide marketing and communications activities.
There are many interesting reasons for working at Chicago Pneumatic. The group is very well-known and has a long-standing, worldwide reach. In addition, everyone is free to bring new ideas and creativity, which explains Chicago Pneumatic’s century-long history of innovation. Finally, the working environment is very friendly and the people I work with are very professional and knowledgeable.
When I meet customers in the countries I visit, two words always come to mind: “customer satisfaction”. Everyone, at every level, works very hard to improve product performance, operator comfort, features and customer services. We all contribute to building high performance products, designed for you!
