We have a product offering that is truly global, so I have the opportunity to interact with dynamic teams from all over the world, including China, Belgium, France and Italy. It has always been a dream of mine to work overseas so I'm looking forward to what the future holds.
Without a doubt, it is the people who make our jobs not feel like work. With Chicago Pneumatic, you are expected to make things happen because we have trust and confidence in our people and their abilities. At first, it's a little intimidating and then you realize that you are capable of achieving amazing results!
Recently, I was talking to one of our distributors in the northeast who began his career as a salesman selling the Chicago Pneumatic single-screw compressor back in the 1970s. He said returning to Chicago Pneumatic compressor sales made him feel like he was coming home. It made me extremely proud to be part of an organization that has such a rich history — one that started over 100 years ago and has salespeople who see Chicago Pneumatic as their ‘home’.
